Shape

The shape of a cigar does not dictate the strength, taste or quality of a cigar. Irregular shaped cigars are referred to asPyramid, Torpedo, Perfecto and Presidente are all classed a Figurados. These are usually of higher quality and value as they are much more difficult to make. 

Cigarillo
The traditional dimensions are 4 to 6 inches with a ring gauge of 25 to 30.

Small Panatela
The traditional dimensions are 4 to 5 1/4 inches with a ring gauge of 35 to 40.

Rothschild
The traditional dimensions are 4 1/2 and up inches with a ring gauge of 50.

Slim Panatela
The traditional dimensions are 5 and up inches with a ring gauge of 30 to 35.

Short Panatela

Panatela
